Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in the Oil Marketing Company (OMC) sector. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, and supervision of fuel station development projects, ensuring compliance with OGRA regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise construction and development of retail fuel stations (MS/HSD sites)
• Ensure compliance with OGRA technical standards and safety regulations
• Manage site layout, forecourt design, tank installation, and canopy works
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants
• Monitor project timelines, quality, and cost control
• Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in OMC / petroleum sector (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of fuel station construction & OGRA compliance
• Experience in underground tank installation, pipelines, and forecourt works
• Good project management and communication skills
• Willingness to travel to multiple project sites

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with OMCs or fuel retail networks
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and project planning tools
• Understanding of HSE standards and compliance procedures
