About the Role
This is a full-time position based in our Karachi office. Working hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM PST, aligned with our head office operations in Sydney.

As a Civil Engineer at WBS Engineers, you will be supporting estimation, tendering, and project coordination activities while working closely with our Sydney-based operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse tender documents, RFT packages, and project requirements.
  • Perform detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimation.
  • Prepare pricing schedules and support bid submissions.
  • Develop technical and financial proposals.
  • Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
  • Assist in procurement and negotiations.
  • Identify project risks and propose cost-effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
  • Ensure professional communication in all interactions.

Eligibility and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (CGPA 3.0 or above preferred).
  • 1–5 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word).
  • Working knowledge of MS Project or Primavera.
  • Familiarity with estimation tools (e.g., Bluebeam is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours (aligned with Sydney time zone).
