Civil Site Engineer (G+1 – Dubai Municipality Approved)Job Summary

Civil Site Engineer responsible for supervising and managing G+1 building construction (villas/small structures) in compliance with **Dubai Municipality regulations, approved drawings, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site construction activities (civil & structural works)
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and DM regulations
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
• Conduct site inspections and prepare daily progress reports
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
• Manage manpower, materials, and site resources efficiently
• Handle inspections and approvals from Dubai Municipality
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly
• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2–5 years of UAE/GCC experience (villa or low-rise projects preferred)
• Valid G+1 approval from Dubai Municipality
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Familiarity with Dubai building codes and authority procedures
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Good communication and coordination skills
