We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with strong experience in fit-out and building maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance operations, managing site activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily maintenance activities (preventive and corrective)
- Schedule and assign tasks to maintenance technicians
- Prepare and track work orders using CMMS systems
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and servicing
- Ensure availability of spare parts and materials
- Assist in planning preventive maintenance schedules
- Handle emergency maintenance requests promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Prepare reports on maintenance performance, downtime, and costs
- Perform inspections and support civil defense compliance
- Work closely on MEP, facility management, and commercial building projects
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in similar role
- Experience in fit-out and building maintenance
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Knowledge of facility management and MEP systems
- Valid driving license is mandatory
Preferred Skills
- Experience in commercial buildings
- Knowledge of inspection, carpentry, and civil defense standards
