CIVIL ENGINEER

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with strong experience in fit-out and building maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance operations, managing site activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance activities (preventive and corrective)
• Schedule and assign tasks to maintenance technicians
• Prepare and track work orders using CMMS systems
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and servicing
• Ensure availability of spare parts and materials
• Assist in planning preventive maintenance schedules
• Handle emergency maintenance requests promptly
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Prepare reports on maintenance performance, downtime, and costs
• Perform inspections and support civil defense compliance
• Work closely on MEP, facility management, and commercial building projects

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in similar role
• Experience in fit-out and building maintenance
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Knowledge of facility management and MEP systems
• Valid driving license is mandatory

Preferred Skills

• Experience in commercial buildings
• Knowledge of inspection, carpentry, and civil defense standards
