Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage G+1 building construction projects from inception to completion
• Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings, ensuring compliance with UAE building codes and municipality regulations
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and workmanship
• Prepare and submit progress reports, BOQs, and material submittals
• Liaise with local authorities (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, Abu Dhabi City Municipality, etc.) for approvals and inspections
• Monitor project budgets and flag cost variations to management
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards on site

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

Valid G+1 Building Contracting Certificate (UAE)

Minimum 4 years of UAE construction experience

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office

Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and local authority requirements

Valid UAE driving license (preferred)

Excellent communication and team leadership skills
