Civil Engineer

• Plan, design, and supervise construction projects such as buildings, roads, and infrastructure works.
• Review project drawings, technical specifications, and ensure compliance with UAE building codes and authority regulations.
• Manage day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and project schedule.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, project managers, and site teams for smooth execution.
• Prepare project progress reports, work schedules, and material requirement plans.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control, safety standards, and construction accuracy.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure completion within approved deadlines.
• Review structural and architectural drawings and resolve site technical issues.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment at site.
• Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work certifications.
• Implement and monitor health & safety regulations on site.
• Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and management for project updates.
• Support procurement team by providing technical specifications for materials.
• Identify and resolve site-related problems quickly to avoid delays.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with UAE municipality and authority requirements.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.
• Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
