Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries.</li><li>Handle daily petty cash transactions and prepare petty cash reports.</li><li>Record and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.</li><li>Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.</li><li>Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.</li><li>Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.</li><li>Maintain VAT records and supporting documentation for audits and inspections.</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements.</li><li>Process invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.</li><li>Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.</li><li>Prepare financial reports and management reports as required.</li><li>Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities when necessary.</li><li>Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.</li><li>Support the Finance Department in administrative and accounting functions.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.</li><li>Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and tax filing procedures.</li><li>Experience in handling petty cash and daily accounting transactions.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.</li><li>Understanding of UAE financial and legal compliance requirements.</li><li>Strong analytical and numerical skills.</li><li>Good communication and organizational abilities.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in construction, contracting, or engineering companies.</li><li>Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar software.</li></ul>Interested Candidates can share resume via whatsapp 0561549484Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
