ey Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and review site reports, work schedules, material requests, and progress reports.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues, proposing corrective actions when necessary.
• Verify quantities, prepare measurements, and assist in project billing and cost control.
• Coordinate with procurement teams for material approvals and timely delivery of construction materials.
• Ensure compliance with UAE municipality regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical support to site personnel.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Manage manpower allocation and site resources efficiently to achieve project targets.
• Maintain project documentation and records accurately.
• Assist in project handover activities and preparation of close-out documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–4 years of relevant UAE construction experience.
• Knowledge of UAE construction standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
