Civil Engineer

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, specifically in villa projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage construction activities on-site for villa projects.
• Supervise both skeleton (structural) and finishing works, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise on-site.
• Ensure that all construction work complies with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of both skeleton (structural) and finishing work processes.
• Proven ability to handle and manage construction teams.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and techniques.
• Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must hold a valid driving license.

Pay: AED0.10 per month
