Job Description – Civil Engineer (DM Approved G+4 License)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Position Overview:
Raslan Building Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Project Manager / Civil Engineer with strong expertise in G+4 building projects and solid experience working within Dubai Municipality regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Dubai (mandatory)
• Proven experience managing G+4 projects
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality procedures & approvals
• Ability to manage site operations, contractors, and timelines effectively
• Excellent project management and communication with Leadership skills
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
• ⁠BOQ knowledge and preparation with good knowledge of suppliers in Dubai .

Salary & Working Conditions:

• Fixed Salary: 6,500 AED per month
• Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
• Weekly Off: Friday
