Civil Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to plan, design, supervise, and manage construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and supervise construction and maintenance of building and infrastructure projects
• Prepare project estimates, drawings, BOQs, and technical reports
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to specifications and timelines
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Review and approve construction materials and methods
• Resolve technical issues arising during project execution
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and company standards
• Maintain project documentation and prepare progress reports
• Support project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and engineering software
• Good project management and coordination skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• UAE experience preferred
• Knowledge of project management tools and ERP systems

Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
