Civil Engineer

Job Overview

Index Emirates Group is looking for a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in villa and building construction projects and be capable of managing site activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring quality project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in villa and/or building construction.
• Experience in site supervision, project coordination, and execution.
• Ability to review drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and quality standards.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Candidates with or without Dubai Municipality approval are welcome to apply.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily construction activities on-site.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Ensure projects are completed according to drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor quality control and site safety compliance.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.
• Assist in project planning, execution, and handover processes.
