Civil Engineer – ADM G+1 Approved

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage G+1 building construction projects from initiation to completion.

Ensure compliance with ADM regulations, building codes, and local authority requirements.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and government authorities.

Review and approve drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.

Conduct site inspections and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and standards.

Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets.

Prepare and submit reports to management and relevant authorities.

Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance on-site.

Handle permit applications, approvals, and inspections with ADM.

Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (accredited university).

Valid ADM G+1 Engineer Approval Certificate.

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in building construction in Abu Dhabi.

Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and ADM regulations.

They should have society of engineer card

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
