Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to support landside civil engineering projects for aviation clients. This role involves both design and project management, client interaction, and coordination with internal teams and subconsultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare contract documents (plans, specifications, estimates)
• Perform design computations and interpret survey data, maps, and drawings
• Develop construction cost estimates and technical specifications
• Coordinate project meetings with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
• Maintain department quality standards and documentation
• Manage and coordinate subconsultants and support disciplines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (accredited program)
• Professional Engineer (PE) License or equivalent
• 4–8 years of experience in civil design
• Task management experience
• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Bentley Open Roads Designer/MicroStation
• Construction cost estimating
• Technical specification writing
• MS Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with:
• FAA Advisory Circulars, Engineering Briefs, Orders
• DoD Unified Facilities Criteria
• Road/Highway Design
• Project budgeting and scheduling
• Supervisory/task leadership roles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $66,829.81 - $80,483.22 per year

Work Location: In person
