KBR is seeking a self-driven Digital Transformation Division Lead who will join KBR on an exciting journey of professional thrill and personal growth as the Team pursues and steps up to strategic Customer Enterprise-level challenges! This effort is in direct support of a US Space Industry Prime Partner in the Dulles area requiring a TS/SCI with Poly.

Key Responsibilities:
The Digital Transformation Division Lead (DTDL) will lead efforts to transform how the organization performs systems engineering.
This includes investigations for how to leverage Digital Engineering (DE) tools and methodologies to drive improvements to include recommending tooling updates, updates to processes, and any other recommendations that may enable the customer organization to leverage the efficiencies DE may offer.
The duties and responsibilities require creativity, judgment in solving and analyzing complex problems, and an understanding of program objectives and requirements.
The DTDL will lead projects to include the technical direction of teammates; will work autonomously with the customer(s); will define and scope technical/engineering projects and will mentor teammates.

Required Qualifications:
An active TS/SCI with Poly is required to be considered for this position.
13+ years of experience.
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in technical or related field.
This role requires progressively responsible experience within the IC community and/or an equivalent level of knowledge and performance.
Requires a fundamental understanding of most, if not all, Systems Engineering Processes, and a desire to learn more about these areas
Requires experience with applying a diversified knowledge of technical principles and analytical techniques for the purpose of developing new or improved solutions
Requires creativity and judgment in solving and analyzing complex problems, and an understanding program objectives and requirements.
Proven ability to manage a project.
Well organized and able to meet deadlines.
Able to forecast efforts for completion of a project.
Able to measure results and assess quality of work.
Experience with systems processes.
Experience in defining requirements and interfaces.
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Exceptional communication and active listening skills and the ability to make system-wide connections.
Creativity and technical instinct in order to find the best way to solve a problem while appreciating the risks and implications.
Shows initiative by learning new technologies.
Ability to work with a number of different stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications:
MS in STEM
Experience in engineering and/or acquisition of Intelligence Community (IC) and/or DoD spacecraft systems.
Knowledgeable in aerospace systems, spacecraft subsystems design, or mission operations.
Experience with USG Satellite Systems and Activities.
Knowledge of IC and/or DoD acquisition roles, processes, and/or program management.
Object Management Group SysML certification Level 2 or higher.
