Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 3 years of experience in billing and site execution to join our team at the P63 Project, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing site activities, preparing client and subcontractor bills, and ensuring project quality and timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site civil works as per drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and verify billing estimates, BOQs, and subcontractor bills.
• Monitor project progress, material consumption, and work completion.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards on site.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Maintain site documentation, measurement sheets, and work progress reports.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: B.E. in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in billing and site execution.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, measurement techniques, and billing software (MS Excel / AutoCAD / ERP tools).
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
