Civil Engineer / Civil Supervisor – Swimming Pool Expertise

Good Hand Stones and Concrete Flooring LLC is looking for a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to manage and oversee day-to-day site operations for swimming pool construction projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising project execution, coordinating site activities, ensuring quality and safety standards, and delivering projects within the approved timelines. The role requires strong technical knowledge in swimming pool construction, waterproofing, plumbing, filtration systems, and finishing works, along with the ability to effectively manage manpower, materials, and subcontractors on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise swimming pool construction projects from start to completion.
• Review and execute construction drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.
• Ensure quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines are followed.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage site activities, manpower, and materials effectively.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure proper waterproofing, plumbing, filtration, and finishing works.
• Handle testing, commissioning, and handover of swimming pool projects.
• Resolve site-related technical issues and provide engineering solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in swimming pool construction in the UAE.
• Proven experience in residential and commercial pool projects.
• Valid UAE Driving License .
• Strong knowledge of pool systems, MEP coordination, and waterproofing works.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and project documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of local UAE regulations and standards.
• Experience with infinity pools, water features, and landscape integration.
• Cost control and project scheduling experience.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
