GM Engineering / Head of Engineering Operations – Dubai

We are looking for a highly experienced engineering leader to oversee multi-site real estate and construction operations from our Dubai Head Office.

Role Highlights:

• Lead all engineering operations across active project sites
• Manage PMCs, contractors, vendors & compliance systems
• Handle contract negotiations, procurement strategy & vendor management
• Ensure adherence to UAE regulations, quality standards & project timelines
• Drive engineering governance, reporting, SOPs & digital systems
• Coordinate with authorities including DDA, DM, RTA, etc.
