Civil Engineer – Design & Supervision (Consultant Role)

We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer – Design & Supervision (Consultant Role) to join our team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia (CONSULTANT ROLE ONLY)

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing design compliance, supervising construction activities on behalf of the client, and ensuring all works meet regulatory, contractual, and quality standards. The engineer will support the Project Manager in safeguarding the client’s interests throughout all project phases.

• Review and approve design drawings, calculations, and shop drawings submitted by contractors.
• Ensure all designs comply with Saudi Building Codes, project specifications, and client requirements.
• Provide technical recommendations and issue design comments for contractor resolution.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and specialty consultants to maintain design integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 7–10 Max years of experience in consultancy design review and site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of structural design, infrastructure, and construction supervision.
• Experience working with consultants and clients
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD, and project management tools.
• Ability tor create construction SCOPE OF WORKS and reporting
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage..
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Codes and local authority regulations.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Must be Registered in Saudi Council of engineering
• Available in Khobar is preferable
• Must be Can Join Immediately
