Job Title: Civil Engineer – Building Maintenance & Interior Fit-Out

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Civil Engineer with a valid Dubai Municipality (DM) license and expertise in building maintenance and interior fit-out works. The candidate will oversee maintenance and renovation projects, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and deliver high-quality civil and interior works across multiple facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Maintenance:

• Oversee building maintenance, interior fit-out, and refurbishment projects.
• Conduct site inspections, assess structural integrity, and recommend repairs.
• Develop maintenance plans for civil infrastructure including flooring, walls, ceilings, and structural elements.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations and safety standards.

Technical & Compliance:

• Prepare technical reports, risk assessments, and method statements.
• Ensure all maintenance and renovation activities adhere to UAE building codes and safety regulations.
• Provide technical support for fit-out projects, structural modifications, and renovations.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure projects meet design specifications.

Cost Estimation & Procurement:

• Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and procurement plans.
• Source and coordinate with vendors for material selection and procurement.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination:

• Liaise with clients, facility managers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
• Provide engineering solutions for maintenance, renovations, and facility upgrades.
• Coordinate with MEP teams for integrated project execution.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) license for civil engineering practice.
• 5+ years of experience in facility management, building maintenance, and interior fit-outs.
• Strong knowledge of civil maintenance, renovations, and interior finishing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering tools.
• Experience in structural assessment, repairs, and fit-out execution.
• Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Interior/Fit-out Industry: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Dubai Municipality (DM) License (Required)
• UAE Driving license (Preferred)
