Civil Engineer - DM approved (G+1)

We are seeking a Dubai Municipality (DM) Approved Civil Engineer (G+1) to join our dynamic and growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have valid DM approval and proven experience in handling construction and fit-out projects across the UAE. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can manage project execution, ensure compliance with local regulations, and deliver high-quality outcomes within timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

✅Oversee all stages of construction, structural, and civil works for residential, commercial, and interior fit-out projects.

✅Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications in compliance with DM standards and project requirements.

✅Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and Dubai Municipality authorities for permits, approvals, and inspections.

✅Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with design and statutory requirements.

✅Manage project scheduling, budgeting, and material procurement.

✅Supervise contractors and ensure timely delivery of work according to approved plans.

✅Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and site documentation for management and clients.

✅ Approval experience in DM, DCD, DDA and NOC approval experience with Trakhees, Emaar, Damac and other major developers

Qualifications & Requirements

✨Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

✨Valid Dubai Municipality (DM) G+1(Minimum) approval.

✨Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in the UAE construction or fit-out industry.

✨Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, DM regulations, and local authority procedures.

✨Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering software.

✨Excellent communication and project coordination skills.

✨Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
