Civil Engineer (DM Approved – G+4 License Holder)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with a Dubai Municipality (DM) approved G+4 license to manage and supervise building construction projects in compliance with authority regulations and project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage site execution for G+4 building projects
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and project specifications
• Review drawings, structural details, and construction plans
• Supervise contractors, site activities, and quality control
• Coordinate with consultants, authorities, and project teams
• Ensure safety standards and timely project delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Valid DM approved G+4 license
• Experience in building construction projects in UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes and regulations
• Good leadership, site supervision, and coordination skills
