Job Title: Civil Engineer – Dubai

We are looking for a qualified Civil Engineer to join our team in Dubai.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed/approved by Dubai Municipality.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE construction market, preferably in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai building regulations and procedures.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
• Transferable residency visa.
• Ability to manage site work, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage construction projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and safety standards.
• Prepare reports, project updates, and technical documentation.
