Civil Engineer | Dubai, UAE

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are urgently seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of hands-on construction site experience in the UAE/GCC region and is available to join immediately. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted within 24–48 hours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with project drawings and specifications
• Supervise subcontractors, laborers, and site personnel to maintain quality workmanship
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients for smooth project execution
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks at every stage of construction
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations
• Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Identify and resolve on-site technical issues and conflicts proactively
• Track material deliveries and coordinate logistics with the procurement team
• Attend site meetings, progress reviews, and handover inspections

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of site engineering experience in UAE/GCC
• Valid UAE engineering license or eligibility for registration (preferred)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera P6, and MS Office
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Immediately available or on short notice (max 2 weeks)
