Civil Engineer (Female)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality assurance and control, estimation, and bill preparation activities for a G+1 floor villa construction project. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and cost controls while coordinating effectively with the client, consultants, and the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings, specifications, and site requirements.

Break down project costs for material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor works for submission to the client.

Review and verify subcontractor quotations, material submittals, and supplier invoices against BOQ and project requirements.

Ensure all estimation and billing works comply with project specifications, standards, and contractual obligations.

Prepare and submit interim and final payment applications (bills) to the client with proper supporting documents.

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams to track progress and cost variations.

Conduct quality checks and site inspections to ensure works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

Maintain proper documentation of quality reports, estimation sheets, and bill submissions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

2-5 years of experience in QA/QC, estimation, and billing for villa or residential construction projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.

Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.

Familiarity with FIDIC or similar contract conditions is an advantage.

Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Identify and report discrepancies in design, quantity variations, or site execution that may impact cost or quality.

Support project close-out by ensuring all QA/QC and billing records are completed and handed over.
