Job Description:

Vortexen Dynamics Industrial Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer with strong expertise in Sales and Operations within the UAE construction and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in coating systems, waterproofing solutions, and passive fire protection (PFP), with a proven ability to manage projects and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in coating, waterproofing, and PFP sectors

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from lead generation to execution and closure

• Handle client meetings, technical discussions, and proposal submissions

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders

• Oversee site operations, manpower allocation, and project execution

• Ensure compliance with UAE Civil Defence standards and project specifications

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and technical submittals

• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in coating, waterproofing, or passive fire protection

• Strong knowledge of UAE market, contractors, and approval processes

• Experience with Civil Defence (Abu Dhabi / Dubai) standards is preferred

• Proven experience in both Sales and Operations roles

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• UAE Driving License (preferred)
