Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Omani Civil Engineer (fresh graduate) to join our construction team for a site-based role in Al Mabela, Muscat. The candidate will support the execution of construction activities, ensuring work is carried out according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising on-site construction activities (structural, civil works, finishing)
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule
• Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and labor teams
• Monitor material usage and report shortages or discrepancies
• Conduct routine site inspections for quality control
• Support in implementing health & safety procedures on site
• Assist in preparing daily site reports and progress updates
• Verify measurements and assist in quantity take-offs
• Report any technical issues or delays to senior engineers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Omani National (mandatory)
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in construction
• Basic understanding of construction processes and site practices
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and MS Office
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to work full-time on construction sites in Al Mabela

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or training experience with construction companies
• Basic knowledge of reading construction drawings (structural & architectural)
• Familiarity with local construction standards in Oman
