Civil Engineer (Fresher)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer (Fresher) to join our growing team in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build their career in the construction industry. The selected candidate will assist in site coordination, project execution, documentation, and daily engineering activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist senior engineers in managing daily construction site activities.
• Support project coordination, site supervision, and progress monitoring.
• Review engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
• Prepare site reports, documentation, and project updates.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams for smooth project execution.
• Ensure work is carried out according to project specifications and safety standards.
• Assist in quantity verification and material tracking.
• Use AutoCAD and MS Office for documentation, reporting, and basic drafting work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of construction site activities, drawings, and project coordination.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic engineering software.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Additional certifications in AutoCAD or construction-related software will be an advantage.
