Civil Engineer - G+1 Dubai Municipality Approved

We are seeking a highly skilled and Dubai Municipality (DM) G+1 Approved Civil Engineer with proven experience in villa construction projects within the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of construction projects—from planning to execution while ensuring full compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage villa renovation sites, ensuring quality execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and review structural designs, BOQs, and shop drawings in compliance with DM G+1 guidelines.
• Coordinate with local authorities to obtain necessary approvals.
• Ensure full adherence to Dubai Municipality codes, safety standards, and building regulations.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and Dubai Municipality inspectors for approvals and inspections.
• Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Ensure proper execution of civil works, including foundation, concrete, and finishing works.
• Prepare daily site reports, work progress updates, and material usage logs.
• Monitor project schedules and resource allocation.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Liaise with clients to communicate progress and provide technical support.
• Manage progress reports, and site records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering .
• Dubai Municipality G+1 Engineer Approval (mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Dubai, specifically in Fit outs .
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes, DM procedures, and authority approvals.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other civil engineering tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
