Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and technically sound Civil Site Engineer to oversee the construction of G+1 residential and commercial projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all structural and architectural works are executed according to approved drawings, safety standards, and Dubai Municipality/Authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Manage day-to-day operations on G+1 construction sites, including shoring, foundation, structural shell, and finishing works.
• Authority Liaison: Coordinate with Dubai Municipality (DM), Trakhees, or DDA for site inspections and ensure all works meet the required G+1 permit standards.
• Technical Review: Read and interpret structural drawings, architectural layouts, and MEP shop drawings to ensure zero errors during execution.
• Subcontractor & Labor Management: Supervise on-site labor and specialized subcontractors to maintain project timelines and quality.
• Material Inspection: Verify that all delivered materials meet project specifications and are stored/handled correctly.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce strict HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols on-site to maintain a zero-accident environment.
• Reporting: Maintain daily site logs, progress reports, and manpower attendance.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Exactly 2+ years of proven experience in the Dubai construction market, specifically on G+1 or G+2 villa/commercial projects.
• Driving License: Mandatory valid UAE Driving License.
• Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel).
• Skills: Strong communication skills in English; ability to handle site pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
