Civil Engineer-G+4

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer with a valid G+4 license to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee construction projects from initial planning to final completion, ensuring work complies with local authority regulations, engineering standards, and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and approve project drawings, structural designs, and construction plans in compliance with G+4 licensing requirements.
• Supervise on-site operations and ensure all civil works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Submit drawings, documentation, and approvals to relevant authorities (e.g., Municipality, Civil Defense).
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress, resolving technical challenges and ensuring quality control.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material specifications.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and assist in planning to avoid delays.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and compliance records.
• Attend technical meetings, site visits, and authority inspections as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s is a plus).
• Valid G+4 Engineer License from the relevant local authority (e.g., Dubai Municipality).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in building construction and supervision.
• Strong knowledge of structural design, local building codes, and construction practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD, ETABS, MS Office, and related engineering software.
• Strong communication, leadership, and site coordination skills.
