Civil Engineer (G+4 Licensed)

Job Summary

Falcon Group of Companies is seeking a Civil Engineer with experience in G+4 building projects. The candidate will oversee project execution, ensure compliance with design specifications, and manage on-site activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate G+4 building construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and codes.
• Prepare project schedules, reports, and material take-offs.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Ensure safety, statutory, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and report to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• G+4 licensed / registered civil engineer (UAE or relevant authority).
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in G+4 residential or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
