Civil Engineer (High-Rise Construction)

Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for Civil Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all civil engineering activities related to high-rise construction projects.
• Review project designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
• Ensure adherence to Abu Dhabi Municipality regulations, codes, and safety requirements.
• Supervise site activities, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality execution.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and resources, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and stakeholders.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project updates.
• Ensure implementation of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards on site.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 4 - 6 years of experience in high-rise construction projects in the UAE.
• Mandatory certifications and approvals from Abu Dhabi Municipality.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws, codes, and standards.
• Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project).
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
