Civil Engineer (Hospitality/ Fitout Projects)

We are urgently seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with a background in hospitality projects and fit-out projects.

• 3-4 years of UAE construction experience
• Project Management and supervision skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Dubai Municipality Accredited Engineer
• SOE Member

Job Responsibilities

• Engage in various levels of project execution, scheduling document management, and permit coordination.
• Prepare project estimates for design, equipment, installation, labor, materials, and other related costs.
• Manage and perform tests on various materials and equipment, maintain knowledge of all product specifications and ensure adherence to all required standards
• Collaborate with various teams working on the design of all architectural requirements for MEP services.
• Monitor the activities of subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications and procedures and with the project objectives for safety, material quality, productivity, schedule and costs.
• Ensure compliance and adherence to standards and scope of works required by the client.
• Evaluate all design drawings according to required quality regulations.
• Report to management on-site progress and problems being encountered for assistance and guidance.
• Prepare meeting records, design reviews, and design progress reports.
• Ensure that the project meets agreed specifications, budgets and completion times budgets.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE standard policies and procedures and correctly use all appropriate equipment provided.
• Adhere to the instructions issued to protect the health and safety in the workplace.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• License professional engineer
• UAE attested degree certificate
• Proven working experience in civil engineering
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar
• Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc
• Project management and supervision skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
