Job TitJob Title: Civil Engineer – Interior Fit-Out

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with expertise in interior fit-out projects to oversee, plan, and execute high-quality interior works in commercial, residential, hospitality, or retail projects. The ideal candidate ensures smooth coordination, adherence to design specifications, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects.
• Review drawings, material specifications, and shop drawings for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers for seamless execution.
• Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely milestone completion.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with UAE building codes and standards.
• Manage material procurement, BOQ verification, and installation of partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, MEP interfaces, and finishes.
• Conduct inspections, resolve technical issues, and support project handover (snagging and final inspections).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of UAE interior fit-out project experience.
• Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, and finishes.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; experience with project planning tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
