Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager in monitoring site activities, coordinating and supervising works preparation of reports.
- Ensuring design and quality standards are maintained by the construction team.
- To highlight constraints at site and discrepancy in drawing (if any) before work started.
- Ensure timely completion of projects.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with site safety policies, rules and regulations.
- Maintaining effective coordination with subcontractors and within the construction team for smooth works execution.
- Interaction and liaising with clients, contractors and suppliers
- To handle all administrative correspondence within the Project Department.
- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the Project Manager.
- To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Quality management system.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil Engineering
