We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor/ Estimator to join our construction team.Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying</li><li>Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.</li><li>Proven experience in quantity take-offs, billing and estimation.</li><li>Sound knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ, specifications and contract documents.</li><li>Excellent command of AutoCAD, MS Excel (advanced), MS Word.</li><li>Working knowledge of estimation software like Planswift, Bluebeam or Candy (preferred)</li><li>Proficiency in ERP or project management tolls (e.g Primavera, SAP, Microsoft Projects is a plus)</li><li>Familiarity with local construction standards, method and measurement codes (POMI, CESMM, etc)</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Good interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Exposure to value engineering and tendering process</li><li>Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines</li></ul>Possession of professional Quantity Surveying or Cost management certifications (eg RICS, CIOB etc) would be an added advantage.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications (structural, architectural, MEP)</li><li>Prepare and submit interim and final bills (client &amp; subcontractor side)</li><li>Prepare cost estimates for tenders, change orders and variations</li><li>Evaluate subcontractor quotations, purchase comparisons and scope alignment</li><li>Assist in budget preparation, cost planning and forecasting.</li><li>Manage cost control and reporting throughout the project lifecycle</li><li>Collaborate with Planning, Procurement and Site Execution teams</li><li>Track materials and work progress to validate billing and reconcile with site reports</li><li>Prepare rate analysis for new items and non-BOQ works</li><li>Identity discrepancies in drawings and communicate for clarification</li><li>Ensure compliance with contractual terms and support in claims preparation.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our team immediatelyJob Responsibility1. To assist the Project Manager in planning, monitoring, and controlling daily work at the project sites.2. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, and instructions as relevant and required by the quality management system.3. To undertake and resolve technical matters arising with the Client, Consultants, and others.4. To ensure that project operations and document control procedures are adhered to.5. To plan, coordinate, and monitor subcontractors' activities at project sites.6. Ensure that inspection and tests are carried out as per Inspection and Test Plans and that all quality control mechanisms are used. Results of such to conform to specifications.7. Submit material samples and calibration certificates to relevant consultants for approval.8. To assist in project handover as per contract obligations.9.
