- Promote and sell the company’s manufacturing/engineering products to clients.
- Understand technical specifications and provide suitable product solutions.
- Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up for orders.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with the production and design teams for order execution.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and site visits when required.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest strategies for business growth.
- Ensure timely payment collection and after-sales support to customers.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical/industrial products.
- Good communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into business opportunities.
- Customer-oriented with problem-solving attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic ERP knowledge preferred.
Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Sales/business development experience in manufacturing/industrial sector preferred.
