NOC Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Civil Engineer to join our Infrastructure Projects team. The NOC Engineer is primarily responsible for obtaining, verifying, and managing various no objection certificates (NOCs) required for project approvals and smooth operations. These certificates are typically required from different authorities, agencies, or stakeholders to ensure that the project complies with local laws, environmental standards, safety regulations, and other relevant criteria.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Knowledge of engineering software and applications
• Min 2 years experience in infrastructure projects. Freshers can also apply
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Member of Society of Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Coordination with Authorities and Regulatory Bodies to understand and fulfill requirements for obtaining NOCs for construction projects
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation to government agencies, , and other relevant bodies to apply for NOCs.
• Track the progress of NOC applications and follow up with authorities to ensure timely approvals.
• Obtaining NOCs for Various Stages of Construction
• Monitor the validity of any NOCs issued and ensure that they are renewed or extended before expiration, to avoid project delays or legal issues.
• Maintain a detailed record of all NOCs obtained, including their expiration dates, conditions, and renewals.
• Ensure that final NOCs or occupancy certificates are obtained from relevant authorities upon project completion, confirming that the construction complies with all regulations and is safe for use.
• Coordinate with authorities to schedule final inspections and ensure that all necessary documentation is available for obtaining closure certificates or final NOCs.
• Perform any other duties as required

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
