Job Title: Junior Planning EngineerCompany: Island Tower Group of Companies Location: UAE Industry: Infrastructure / MEP Experience Required: 2&ndash;3 Years (UAE Experience Mandatory) Salary: AED 3,500 &ndash; AED 5,000 per monthJob SummaryIsland Tower Group of Companies is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Planning Engineer with 2&ndash;3 years of UAE experience in infrastructure and/or MEP projects. The candidate will support planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and in line with contractual requirements.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in preparing baseline project schedules using Primavera P6.</li><li>Update and monitor project schedules regularly.</li><li>Track site progress and identify delays or schedule deviations.</li><li>Prepare 2-week and 4-week look-ahead schedules.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors for progress data.</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.</li><li>Support delay analysis and EOT documentation preparation.</li><li>Develop manpower histograms and resource allocation reports.</li><li>Monitor procurement schedules and material delivery timelines.</li><li>Maintain proper planning documentation and records.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of UAE experience in Infrastructure and/or MEP projects.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, reporting).</li><li>Understanding of construction sequencing and project lifecycle.</li><li>Familiarity with UAE construction standards and contractual procedures.</li></ul>Key Skills<ul><li>Project Scheduling &amp; Planning</li><li>Progress Monitoring &amp; Reporting</li><li>Resource Planning</li><li>Delay Analysis</li><li>Data Management &amp; Reporting</li><li>Strong coordination and communication skills</li><li>Attention to detail</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
