Job Description
We are looking for a Civil Engineer / Planning Engineer to be based at our Head Office – Coastal Projects Department, Pune. The role involves planning, billing, coordination, and documentation for state government coastal and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, monitoring, and coordination of coastal infrastructure projects managed by the Head Office
- Prepare, verify, and process subcontractor bills as per project specifications and government norms
- Carry out rate analysis, participate in negotiations with subcontractors, and finalize work orders
- Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, and internal departments for approvals and documentation
- Prepare progress reports, progress schedules, and MIS using MS Excel and MS Word
- Support preparation of BOQs, estimates, technical documents, and tender-related paperwork
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and statutory requirements
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation
Required Skills & Competencies
- Experience: 3–5 years in Government projects (PWD / WRD / Coastal / Infrastructure preferred)
- Billing: Strong experience in subcontractor billing, verification, and documentation
- Negotiation: Ability to negotiate rates and terms with subcontractors/vendors
- Software: Good command of MS Excel (formulas, formatting, pivot tables) and MS Word
- Communication: Effective coordination with government authorities; Marathi-speaking candidates preferred
- Knowledge of government procedures and coastal project execution will be an added advantage
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech)
- Familiarity with government standards, codes, and contract conditions

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
