Civil Engineer – Precast Factory (Production/Structural / QC / QS / )

We are looking for experienced Civil Engineers to join our Precast Concrete Factory. Candidates should have hands-on experience in the design, production, quality control, and cost management of precast concrete elements.

Available Positions:

• Structural Engineer
• Quality Controller (QC Engineer)
• Quantity Surveyor (QS)
• Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the production, design, and quality assurance of precast concrete elements.
• Ensure all precast components meet design, structural, and safety standards.
• Review shop drawings, material specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor project schedules, cost efficiency, and resource utilization.
• Ensure quality control throughout the manufacturing process and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with design, production, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Implement continuous improvement processes in design, production, and quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a precast concrete factory or related construction field.
• Strong knowledge of precast design, production, and quality standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant engineering software.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and teamwork skills.
