Civil Engineer / Project-Based

We are seeking a Civil Engineer to be assigned to an upcoming project involving the construction of new buildings across three separate locations. As these sites are located in different areas with significant distances between them, the selected engineer will be required to stay on-site for multiple days when necessary to ensure proper coordination and supervision of all project activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering,
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Civil Engineer (preferably in airport, hospital, industrial, or large-scale commercial projects),
• Proven experience managing multi-location projects and willingness to travel frequently.
• Proficiency in reviewing technical drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals,
• Strong ability to supervise subcontractors and monitor daily construction operations,
• Solid knowledge of construction materials, methods, regulations, and international standards,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools is an advantage,
• Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and attention to detail in field operations,
• Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination abilities,
• Commitment to quality, safety, and timely project delivery,
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, adapt to fast-paced environments, and manage time efficiently across multiple projects,
• Already or able to be based in Antalya,
• No military obligations for male candidates.

Job Description

• Oversee and coordinate all infrastructure, structural, and architectural construction works within the project’s scope,
• Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure full accuracy, compliance, and alignment with project schedules,
• Conduct regular site inspections, track daily progress, and prepare progress and status reports for senior management,
• Verify workforce levels and ensure that all executed works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards,
• Review construction methodologies, identify non-compliant works, and ensure timely corrective actions,
• Check and confirm that materials used on-site comply with approved project documentation and material/equipment submittals,
• Ensure that subcontractors strictly comply with Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) requirements,
• Manage operations across multiple project sites and coordinate inter-site activities efficiently. Provide effective reporting, communication, and coordination between project teams and management.
