Civil Engineer-Project Manager/Coordinator (3–5 Years UAE Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals in accordance with project specifications and authority regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure accurate implementation of approved drawings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, project stakeholders, and local authorities to ensure smooth project approvals and compliance.
• Liaise with UAE authorities (e.g., municipality, civil defense, and other regulatory bodies) for submissions, approvals, inspections, and NOCs.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and project standards.
• Identify discrepancies between design drawings and site conditions and provide technical solutions.
• Prepare technical reports, progress reports, and documentation as required.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical support to the project team.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant UAE experience.
• Strong experience in shop drawing review and coordination.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and government authorities.
• Knowledge of UAE authority regulations and approval processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
