About the role

DNA Contracting is a growing Dubai contracting company working across civil, steel, and fit-out. We're looking for a Project Manager / Civil Engineer who can run projects independently and take full ownership of both the technical and delivery side. This is a hands-on role reporting directly to the Managing Director. You'll be the technical lead and the person driving projects forward, so we need someone dynamic who takes charge and owns the outcome rather than waiting to be managed.

What you'll do

• Manage your own projects end to end, from mobilization through to handover
• Review structural and steel drawings and resolve technical issues
• Review, price, and manage BOQs
• Source, appoint, and manage subcontractors
• Run site execution, quality, and health and safety
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities (DM, DDA, Trakhees, Dubai Civil Defence)
• Keep projects on schedule, on budget, and to standard
• Prepare Proposals

What you must have

• Dubai Municipality Approved
• SOE (Society of Engineers UAE)
• Steel construction experience and knowledge (essential)
• 7+ years UAE experience across residential, commercial, warehouse, and fit-out
• Proven track record managing projects independently
• Valid UAE driving license (MUST)
• Strong communication skills, fluent English/Hindi (Arabic is plus)
• Available to join immediately ONLY

Who fits

A PM-engineer who takes responsibility, works with minimal supervision, and wants ownership in a lean, fast-moving firm. If you need a big support structure around you, this isn't the role.
