Job Description & Role Clarification
Project Planning & Execution:
- Spearhead the planning and execution of PTCL Group office renovation projects.
- Assist in vetting BOQs, finalize project implementation plans, and coordinate with zonal teams to ensure timely delivery.
Budget Management & Approvals:
- Manage project budgets with cost optimization and accountability.
- Secure approvals and oversee execution within allocated budgets.
Renovation & Maintenance:
- Oversee repair & maintenance, renovation projects, and site visits.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Structural Assessments & Remedial Planning:
- Lead structural assessments with consultants.
- Assist SM Civil in BOQ vetting and remedial planning.
Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to regulations, quality assurance, and industry best practices across all projects.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare and present project progress reports to SM Civil.
CAPEX & OPEX Projects:
- Manage approved CAPEX/OPEX projects.
Invoicing & SAP:
- Coordinate with zones for invoice verification, GRN, PAC & FAC issuance.
Audit:
- Conduct civil works audit across zones to ensure compliance with HQ standards.
Requirements
- Education: BSc. Civil Engineering from a reputed university
- Experience: Minimum 2 years
- Skills: AutoCAD, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project Management Certification
