Civil Engineer / Quantity Surveyor

Ethar Building Contracting LLC is looking for a Civil Engineer / Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team in Dubai, UAE.

Requirements:

✓ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

✓ Minimum 1 year of UAE experience

✓ Experience in Villa and G+4 Building Projects

✓ Proficient in Quantity Take-Off and BOQ Preparation

✓ Good knowledge of UAE construction practices and regulations

✓ Ability to review drawings and variations

✓ Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel

✓ Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Conduct cost estimation
• Review drawings and technical documents
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure cost-effective project execution
