Civil Engineer (RAK Municipality Certified – G+4)

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Civil Engineer (G+4 certified by Ras Al Khaimah Municipality) to join our construction team. The candidate will be responsible for handling design submissions, site supervision, and ensuring that all works comply with RAK Municipality regulations and UAE building codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit engineering drawings and documents to RAK Municipality for approval.
• Supervise G+4 level construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and government authorities for inspections and approvals.
• Monitor project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare site progress reports and technical documentation.
• Ensure adherence to RAK Municipality building codes and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• RAK Municipality G+4 Certification (mandatory).
• Minimum [X] years of UAE experience in building construction and project management.
• Strong knowledge of local authority approval processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
