Civil Engineer : Real Estate

Summary:
Responsible for site execution, quality monitoring, material planning, contractor supervision and timely completion of real estate construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute construction activities as per drawings, specifications & BOQ.
• Supervise contractors, labour, safety compliance and daily site operations.
• Prepare daily progress reports, work measurements and site documentation.
• Ensure quality standards and resolve technical issues at site.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, purchase & project management team.
• Monitor material planning and consumption to avoid wastage.
• Conduct inspections & ensure timely project deliverables.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–8 yrs experience in real estate / building construction.
• Strong technical knowledge of RCC, finishing work, material standards and IS codes.
• Good communication, site management and problem–solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office & measurement techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
