Basic Duties:

• Manage the planning, design, and execution of new projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Focus on ensuring the ongoing functionality and reliability of existing structures and equipment through inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Overseeing construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with plans and regulations.
• Implementing quality control measures to ensure projects meet standards.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies.
• Planning and carrying out routine maintenance tasks.
• Responding to and addressing emergencies or unexpected issues.
• Implementing preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Supervising contractors who may be involved in maintenance or repair work.

Skills Required :

• Strong project management skill.
• Problem-solving, and good communication skills,
• Good Team player.
• AutoCAD is essential.
• Driving license is must.
• Knowledge in SAP is added advantage.
• Able to handle multi lingual team with (English, Hindi, Arabic).
• Minimum 2-3 UAE experience Required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
